이 약관은 문AI(이하 "문AI")가 제공하는 moonai.kr·moonai.co.kr 웹사이트(서비스 소개와 문의)에 적용됩니다. 개인정보의 처리에 관한 사항은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

These Terms apply to the moonai.kr and moonai.co.kr websites (service introduction and inquiries), operated by 문AI. Handling of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy.

이 약관은 문AI가 제공하는 웹사이트의 이용 조건과 절차, 문AI와 이용자의 권리·의무·책임 사항을 정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.

These Terms set the conditions and procedures for using 문AI's websites and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of 문AI and users.

1. 문AI는 이 약관을 웹사이트에 상시 게시합니다.
2. 문AI는 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 시행일 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)에 웹사이트에 공지합니다.
3. 공지 후 시행일까지 거부 의사를 밝히지 않고 웹사이트를 계속 이용하면 개정 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

1. 문AI keeps these Terms posted on the websites at all times.
2. 문AI may amend the Terms within the bounds of applicable law, announcing changes on the websites 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to users).
3. Continuing to use the websites through the effective date without objecting constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

1. 타인 사칭 또는 허위 정보를 담은 문의 전송
2. 자동화 수단을 통한 스크래핑·대량 접근
3. 웹사이트에 비정상적 부하를 주거나 보호 조치를 우회하는 행위
4. 문AI가 호스팅하는 서비스의 리버스 엔지니어링(공개된 오픈소스 라이선스가 허용하는 범위 제외)

Users must not:

1. impersonate others or send inquiries containing false information;
2. scrape or mass-access the websites by automated means;
3. place abnormal load on the websites or circumvent protective measures;
4. reverse engineer the hosted service (except as permitted by the published open-source license).

1. 웹사이트와 상표("문AI", "프티", "Moonai")에 대한 권리는 문AI에 있습니다.
2. 공개된 소스 코드는 Apache License 2.0을 따릅니다. 상표는 해당 라이선스에 포함되지 않습니다.

1. Rights in the websites and the trademarks ("문AI", "프티", "Moonai") belong to 문AI.
2. Published source code is licensed under the Apache License 2.0; the trademarks are not included in that license.

1. 문AI는 설비 점검·장애, 외부 서비스 장애 등 부득이한 경우 웹사이트 제공을 일시 중단할 수 있습니다.
2. 웹사이트는 있는 그대로(as-is) 제공되며, 문AI는 상품성이나 특정 목적 적합성을 보증하지 않습니다.
3. 웹사이트에 게시된 사례와 설명은 일반적인 안내이며, 개별 사안에 대한 조언이 아닙니다.

1. 문AI may temporarily suspend the websites when unavoidable — for maintenance, outages, or failures of external services.
2. The websites are provided as-is; 문AI disclaims warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
3. Case studies and descriptions posted on the websites are general information, not advice on any particular matter.

1. 문AI는 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 웹사이트 이용과 관련한 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
2. 문AI는 간접손해·특별손해·결과적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
3. 이 조는 소비자 보호에 관한 강행법규상 이용자의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

1. Absent intent or gross negligence, 문AI is not liable for damages arising from use of the websites.
2. 문AI is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
3. Nothing in this Article limits user rights under mandatory consumer-protection law.

1. 이 약관과 웹사이트 이용에는 대한민국 법이 적용됩니다.
2. 분쟁의 관할은 민사소송법에 따릅니다. 소비자인 이용자가 자신의 주소지 관할 법원에 소를 제기할 권리는 제한되지 않습니다.
3. 이용자는 소비자분쟁조정위원회 등 분쟁조정기구에 조정을 신청할 수 있습니다.

1. These Terms and use of the websites are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. Jurisdiction over disputes follows the Civil Procedure Act; a consumer user's right to sue in the court of their own domicile is not limited.
3. Users may apply for mediation through bodies such as the Consumer Dispute Settlement Commission.

이 약관은 국문으로 작성되며 영문 번역이 함께 제공됩니다. 해석에 차이가 있는 경우 국문본이 우선합니다.

These Terms are written in Korean with an accompanying English translation provided for convenience. If the two differ, the Korean text controls.

이 약관은 2026년 9월 10일부터 시행하며, 이전 약관(v1.1, 2026년 8월 11일 시행)을 대체합니다.

자기소개 프레젠테이션 생성 서비스 프티(pt.moonai.kr)는 2026년 9월 10일자로 종료되었으며, 계정·크레딧·공유에 관한 이전 약관의 조항은 효력을 상실합니다. 프티는 클로즈드 베타 기간 중 외부 이용자가 가입한 사실이 없고, 유료 결제가 이루어진 사실도 없습니다.

These Terms take effect on September 10, 2026 and replace the prior Terms (v1.1, effective August 11, 2026).

프티 (pt.moonai.kr), the self-introduction presentation generator, was retired on September 10, 2026, and the prior Terms' provisions on accounts, credits, and sharing cease to have effect. No external user ever registered for 프티 during its closed beta, and no payment was ever taken.
