문AI(이하 "문AI")는 개인정보보호법 등 관계 법령에 따라 정보주체의 개인정보를 보호합니다. 이 방침은 moonai.kr·moonai.co.kr 웹사이트에 적용됩니다. 이 방침은 pythontestingagent.com을 직접 이용하는 경우에는 적용되지 않습니다.

문AI는 개인정보를 다음 목적을 위해서만 처리합니다.

1. 문의 접수와 응대
2. 보안, 부정 이용 방지, 웹사이트의 안정적 운영

문AI는 수집한 개인정보를 위 목적 외로 이용하지 않으며, 광고·마케팅·행태 분석 목적의 처리는 하지 않습니다.

문AI는 회원 가입, 로그인, 파일 업로드를 제공하지 않으므로 계정 정보나 업로드 자료를 수집하지 않습니다. 웹사이트는 Google Fonts에서 글꼴을 불러오며, 이때 방문자의 IP 주소와 브라우저 정보가 Google LLC에 전달됩니다. 소개 페이지는 문AI가 운영하는 pythontestingagent.com의 가동 상태를 표시하기 위해 해당 주소로 요청을 보내며, 이 요청 기록은 문AI가 처리합니다.

문AI collects the following personal information.

문AI offers no sign-up, no login, and no file upload, so it collects no account data and no uploaded materials. The websites load fonts from Google Fonts, which conveys the visitor's IP address and browser information to Google LLC. The About page requests the status of pythontestingagent.com — a service 문AI operates — to display its uptime indicator, and 문AI processes the resulting request logs.

문AI는 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 법령에 따라 요구되는 경우는 예외로 합니다.

문AI delegates the following work to operate the websites.

웹사이트의 서버와 처리 시스템은 미국에 있습니다. 개인정보는 웹사이트 제공을 위한 처리위탁·보관 목적으로 국외로 이전되며, 문AI는 개인정보보호법 제28조의8 제1항 제3호(정보주체와의 계약 체결·이행을 위한 처리위탁·보관)에 근거하여 다음 사항을 공개합니다.

정보주체는 이메일(admin@moonai.co.kr)로 국외 이전을 거부할 수 있습니다. 다만 웹사이트의 호스팅 시스템이 미국에 있으므로, 이전을 거부하는 경우 웹사이트를 이용할 수 없습니다.

The websites' servers and processing systems are located in the United States. Personal information is transferred abroad for delegated processing and storage needed to operate the websites, and 문AI discloses the following under Article 28-8(1)3 of the Personal Information Protection Act (delegated processing and storage for the performance of a contract with the data subject).

You may refuse the cross-border transfer by email to admin@moonai.co.kr. Because the websites' hosting is in the United States, refusing the transfer makes it impossible to use the websites.

1. 처리 목적이 달성되거나 보유 기간이 지난 개인정보는 지체 없이, 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 파기합니다(데이터베이스 행 삭제).
2. 정보주체가 삭제를 요청하는 경우 본인 확인 후 지체 없이 파기합니다.

3. 권리는 법정대리인이나 위임받은 자를 통해 행사할 수 있습니다.
4. 웹사이트는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 문AI는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 해당 정보를 삭제하며, 법정대리인은 이메일(admin@moonai.co.kr)로 아동 정보의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

3. Rights may be exercised through a legal representative or an authorized agent.
4. The websites are not directed to children under 14, and 문AI does not knowingly collect their personal information. If 문AI learns such information has been collected, it deletes the information without delay; a parent or legal guardian may request deletion by email to admin@moonai.co.kr.

1. 문AI는 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다. 광고·분석 쿠키와 추적 도구도 일절 사용하지 않습니다.
2. 다음 항목은 브라우저 localStorage에 저장되며, 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

이 저장 항목들은 브라우저의 사이트 데이터 삭제 기능으로 언제든지 삭제할 수 있습니다.

이 방침을 변경하는 경우 시행 7일 전(중대한 변경은 30일 전)에 사이트에 게시합니다. 이전 버전은 이메일로 요청 시 제공합니다.

이 방침은 2026년 9월 10일부터 시행하며, 이전 방침(v1.1, 2026년 8월 11일 시행)을 대체합니다. 프티(pt.moonai.kr) 서비스 종료에 따라 계정·콘텐츠·결제·대기자 명단에 관한 처리 항목을 모두 삭제했습니다.

이 방침은 국문으로 작성되며, 영문 번역과 차이가 있는 경우 국문본이 우선합니다.

Changes to this Policy are posted on the site 7 days before taking effect (30 days for material changes). Prior versions are available on request by email.

This Policy takes effect on September 10, 2026 and replaces the prior Policy (v1.1, effective August 11, 2026). With the retirement of 프티 (pt.moonai.kr), all processing entries for accounts, content, payments, and the waitlist have been removed.
