이메일·팩스 도면이 하나의 접수함으로 모입니다. 접수 즉시 건번호가 붙고, 담당자가 주요 치수를 입력합니다. Email and fax drawings land in one inbox. Each request gets a case number; a staffer keys in the key dimensions.
원가 산출 Costing
Costing
자재 단가와 공정 시간표로 자동 계산합니다. 자재비 + 공정별 가공 시간 × 시간당 요율. Computed from material prices and process time tables: material cost plus machining hours at per-process rates.
견적서 생성 Drafting
Drafting
표준 양식 견적서가 자동으로 만들어집니다. 품목별 마진 규칙이 함께 적용됩니다. A standard-format quote is generated automatically, with per-item margin rules applied.
영업 검토 큐 Review queue
Review
마지막 판단은 사람이 합니다. 영업 담당이 확인·조정한 뒤에만 발송됩니다. The final call is human. Sales reviews and adjusts; only then does the quote go out.
운영 메모 Ops note
기존 ERP와는 단방향 연동입니다. 자재 단가와 공정 마스터는 야간 배치로 매일 동기화합니다. 견적 시스템이 멈춰도 ERP는 영향을 받지 않습니다. Integration with the existing ERP is one-way. Material prices and process masters sync in a nightly batch. If the quote system goes down, the ERP is unaffected.

특수 합금 견적은 여전히 수동 검토입니다. 티타늄·인코넬 계열은 자재 시세 변동이 커서 자동 산출을 붙이지 않았습니다. 월 약 30건, 전체의 9%입니다. Special-alloy quotes are still reviewed by hand. Titanium and Inconel families were kept out of auto-costing because material prices swing too hard. About 30 a month — 9% of volume.

지금 파이프라인의 유일한 수동 구간은 치수 입력입니다. 도면에서 치수·공차를 자동으로 읽으면, 특수 합금 검토 부담까지 줄어듭니다. The one manual step left in the pipeline is keying in dimensions. Read them straight off the drawing, and the special-alloy review burden shrinks too.
